Welcome to T-Spire. By participating in our programs, events, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.
Participation
All participation in T-Spire programs, including golf clinics, events, and activities, is voluntary. By registering or attending, participants (or their legal guardians, if under 18) acknowledge that they are choosing to take part willingly.
Parental Consent
For all participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before participation. This includes agreement to program activities, safety guidelines, and any required forms such as photo and video release permissions.
Media Release
By participating in T-Spire programs, you acknowledge and consent that photos and videos may be taken during events. These images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and marketing materials. No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, volunteers, staff, and other participants. Any behavior that is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful may result in removal from activities.
Safety
While T-Spire takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment, participation in golf activities involves inherent risks. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Liability
T-Spire, its founders, volunteers, and partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during participation in events or activities. All participants agree to receive training from their coach at their own free will.
Changes to Programs
T-Spire reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events or programs when necessary.
